I’m currently battling with my own anxiety and I feel like I’ve finally got it under control. Each day I’m writing down things that I’m thankful for. Sometimes life gets in the way and we forget to stop and be grateful for the things we do have and the people we have in our lives. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve taken things for granted in the past but now I’ve realised how lucky I am. There’s something beautiful to be found in each day – you just need to look for it!
