There’s nothing like sitting in your PJ’s and playing your favourite relaxing music to unwind before bed. Which I’ve been adding songs to my playlist everyday this week. Prepping for some serious catch up after waking up at 5am every day since Monday. This weekend I’ll be chilling out in the lakes with my boyfriend but I’ll still have my sleep playlist at the ready! Two travel items I will not be forgetting this weekend is a travel pillow and earphones. I haven’t been able to sleep without listening to my sleep playlist lately. Which is why I’m sharing songs to add to your sleep playlist today. I can’t be the only one who needs one, right?
I will give you a little head up, there’s a lot of Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift. I just find them so soothing and calming. I’m sure you could have guessed Ed would be on here though. Of course. Everyone loves him. If you have a Sleep Playlist – let me know what’s on yours!
