Hello 2019

2018 was a huge learning curve for me. I realised what really matters in life and what doesn’t. I learnt to let go of the hurt in my past and to look forward to the future. Life isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes there’s rain but if we’re wise we know that there’s always tomorrow. After all, there’s no flowers without rain. I truly believe that 2019 is going to be my year to bloom. After all how much rain could life throw at me before something pretty amazing blossoms? I have set myself many goals and wishes for this year and I hope that each of them come true. My main goal for 2019 is to stay balanced in every aspect of my life. Work, health, day to day life. I refuse to let the world knock me down again. I’m finally on track and I vow to let nothing sway me off track again. My biggest battle of 2018 was fighting my anxiety, it spiraled out of control but I finally have it under control which is amazing. The main thing that has helped my anxiety is thinking positively. Also – blueberries believe it or not. I’m looking forward to what challenges 2019 brings, I know that I will now welcome change with an open heart and mind. I’m no longer going to dwell on the bad things in life but hold on to the good.

Here’s a few things I want more of in 2019
