In this modern world we live in we have so many apps at our disposal. Lately I have took time away from social media apps such as Instagram and Twitter. I’ve reached a point were I was comparing my live to people online. That’s one thing I’ve vowed never to do again. Instead of scrolling social media endlessly, I have been using apps that actually serve a purpose to me. There are so many amazing self-care apps. I wanted to share a few that I use daily.

These apps help me to relax, plan and keep track of my goals. My ultimate favourite self-care app is Calm. I listen to this on my dinner in work, just before bed and when mediating. I would recommend this app to anyone battling anxiety. I use Splendo for my dailt to-dos. All of these apps are simple and easy to use.
